The Dirty Hand Tools counter-rotating rear tine tiller features a 6.5 HP 196cc* Kohler SH265 EPA/CARB approved engine. The 240 RPM tine speed with a neutral (disengaged), and forward (engaged) transmission provides powerful and reliable performance. This machine rides on 12″ diameter tires and has a 16″ tilling width and one forward speed with a 10 inch tilling depth that slices, chops, and turns to create finely-milled, well-aerated soil. 12″ wheels allow you to operate in rough terrain with hard, compact soils. Counter-rotating tines provide more torque for breaking up new ground and digging deeper into soil. The adjustable depth regulator allows deep tilling to prep soil, or shallow tilling to eliminate weeds.
This Counter-Rotating Rear Tine Tiller is the ideal choice for working in larger planting areas. It features a driver-operated safety control lever and side/rear safety shields to prevent injury. Additional Specifications: V-Belt, A25. Engine oil capacity of 0.63 quarts/0.6 liters (engine oil not included). Measures 33 inch long, 19 inch wide and 45 inch high (including handlebar). Backed by a 2 year limited warranty for added peace of mind.

Have had this model for two(2) years, an excellent tiller. Only drawback is not have a reverse to untangle debris. Would I buy it again? . . . You bet!
Thank you for your feedback! We do have a new model coming out soon that has a reverse feature. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns: 1-877-487-8275 Thank you – DHT
Excellent tiller, excellent support. When purchased three years ago, what drew me to it was it’s rugged look and it’s simplicity. Not a lot of moving parts to break, very solid construction. It did not disappoint. Starts effortlessly every time, Did have an issue early where belts not staying on and wearing out very quickly, called the company and a couple new belts in the mail in a couple of days..I discovered almost by accident was a very simple fix…. THere is a metal bar that passively keeps the belt from coming out to far from the main pulley, just a little push with my hand to get the bar a little closer to the pulley and the problem vanished. Three years and a lot of gardening later, the tiller still runs like new. Best of all, made right here in the USA…..
